• High-Quality National Solution (AASHTO Grade):

  • Composition: Formulated with aliphatic hydrocarbon resins and high-grade mineral oil plasticizers for maximum flexibility.

  • Reflectorization: Contains a high ratio (30-40%) of pre-mix glass beads (AASHTO M247 Type 1) for consistent nighttime visibility throughout the product's life.

  • Rapid Drying: Engineered for ultra-fast setting (2-5 minutes), minimizing traffic disruption during execution.

• Execution & Quality Standards:

  • Specialized Machinery: Application via automated spray machines at 190°C - 200°C for a permanent thermal bond with the surface.

  • Color Dynamics:

    • White: High luminance (80+) for maximum contrast on dark asphalt.

    • Yellow: Vivid, fade-resistant pigmentation with a luminance factor of 50+.
