Project Overview

This project represents a critical initiative by the Riyadh Municipality (Project No. 2022/273) to modernize and secure the road infrastructure within the Northern Municipality district. The primary objective is to reduce traffic accidents and improve the navigational experience for both motorists and pedestrians through high-standard engineering solutions.

Scope of Work

• High-Visibility Road Markings: Application of thermal plastic and cold-plastic painting for lane dividers, edge lines, and stop bars to ensure maximum visibility under all weather conditions.

• Pedestrian Safety Zones: Implementation of clearly defined zebra crossings and school zone markings using anti-skid materials.

• Traffic Guidance Systems: Installation of directional arrows and regulatory symbols to streamline traffic flow at major intersections and roundabouts.

• Reflective Safety Features: Integration of reflective studs (cat-eyes) to enhance nighttime road boundary definition.

Impact
